MDAA member receives national dental assisting scholarship

The American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) have selected Alisha, our Fundraising Chairman, as one of six recipients of the 2025 ADAA/DANB Scholarship, chosen from applicants across the country.

Alisha has eight years of experience in the dental profession and is a Certified Dental Assistant in Michigan. “What we do is already so rewarding on a day-to-day basis in regard to patient care, but my goals extend further than one office and one job position,” says Alisha. “I aspire to make an impact on other dental assistants who are up and coming and to really broadcast what our profession has to offer.”
